You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be responsible for all transactions, bets, and losses incurred. Each user may maintain only one account with onu4d. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or engage in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

First-time withdrawals require KYC verification which adds 24-48 hours to processing time. onu4d reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose withdrawal limits if suspicious activity is detected.
You may not use payment methods belonging to third parties. All deposits must originate from financial instruments in your own legal name. Using another person's bank account, credit card, or e-wallet constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action.
All bets placed on onu4d must be made in good faith for entertainment purposes. We prohibit betting strategies designed to exploit errors, technical glitches, bonus terms, or platform vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to void bets and recover funds if we determine that bets were placed unfairly or fraudulently.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials, unauthorized access resulting from your negligence, bets placed based on incorrect information you provided, or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
All content on the onu4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and audiovisual materials, is the property of onu4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.

We will investigate and respond within 48 hours in most cases. Where Indonesian law provides greater consumer protection, those provisions shall apply to Indonesian residents. onu4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or the interests of other users. Upon termination, any funds in your account will be returned to you minus any amounts owed to onu4d, provided your account is in good standing and you have met all verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds and settle any outstanding bets. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires.
onu4d reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website unless otherwise stated. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of onu4d services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using our services and close your account.
